Xiamen Bely Information Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2004, is located in the Xiang'an Park of the Xiamen Torch High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in China. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, and sales of a variety of optical active components, passive components, and networking equipment in the field of fiber optic communications.

Adhering to the business philosophy of "people-oriented, continuous innovation," the company has closely collaborated with renowned institutions such as the Fujian Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xiamen University, Shenzhen University, Fuzhou University, and the Mind Innovation Laboratory (Fujian Optoelectronic Information Science and Technology Innovation Laboratory). This has gathered a group of experts and R&D personnel who have been engaged in the research of optical devices for a long time. The company has passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification and is applying for the IATF16949 International Automotive Special Working Group Quality Management System certification to create conditions for the application of LiDAR products in vehicles.

In terms of enterprise informatization construction, the company has introduced systems such as Kingdee Cloud Star, the R&D control software Kaimu eNORMPLM, and the manufacturing execution MES system. The company owns hundreds of inventions, utility models, and design patents.
